How long does shipping take?

Shipping times can vary based on several factors, including the distance from Los Angeles, CA, and the shipping option you select. Most First-Class packages typically take 3–8 business days to arrive, while Priority Mail usually takes about 2–5 business days, though this also depends on the destination.

Orders over $90 are generally shipped via Priority Mail and take approximately 2–5 business days as well. Please keep in mind that delivery times may be affected by the courier, weather conditions, or regional delays.

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible—we know how exciting it is to receive a new purchase, and we don’t like waiting either!

What are the sizing specs of my order?

Package sizes vary depending on the items in your order. When a hat is purchased, we take extra care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition by packing it in an 8x8x6 box or a Priority Mail box to prevent it from being crushed.

For items like t-shirts, hoodies, joggers, and beanies, we typically use polymailers ranging in size from 6x5x2 to 13x12x5, depending on the contents. Stickers are shipped in cardstock envelopes to prevent them from bending or folding during transit, and all other accessories are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

Please note that packaging sizes may vary slightly based on the specific items and quantities in your order.

I'm having issues placing an order.

If you're having trouble placing an order, please try refreshing the page, as a slow internet connection may cause delays. If that doesn't resolve the issue, double-check that all information—such as numbers, names, and addresses—has been entered correctly.

Also, make sure the item you're trying to purchase is still in stock, as inventory levels can change quickly based on order activity.

 REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

All Transactions and purchases made on the site is final and STAYLOCO offers no return and exchange unless it can be clearly shown that the product shipped is defected. 

   (a) Damaged in shipment

If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at contactstayloco@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving the shipment. Include a description of the damages and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.

   (b) Important conditions for return

Please note that you can only return a product if it is defective. The product returned shall be inspected on its receipt. Please ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled before returning the product:

  • The product shall be in unused and original condition;
  • You shall inform about the return of the product to us within a period of 10-15 business days;
  • You shall not accept any open box deliveries;
  • The return package shall include everything that arrived with the package when you made the purchase, including price tags, labels, original packing, stickers, freebies & accessories, invoices/warrantee cards and other documentation.

   (c) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

I'd like to cancel my order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so immediately after placing it—either by canceling through the website or by contacting us via email. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or refunded unless the item is deemed faulty.
